Dirtsa’s most recent release is arguably her best work yet. We’re treated to two as-yet-unreleased tracks combined in the same music video. The first, ‘10’, bursts into life after a mellow introduction and guides us through dramatic beats that already feel like some sort of epic finale. A great way to start. The second, ‘Pouring’, is more direct and feels like it comes from a more threatening, aggressive place than the triumphant opener. The beat allows Dirtsa to take up more space with her impressive lyricism. The accompanying music video was shot entirely on an iPhone and does well to capture both tracks. -Dan Peeke.
